Return Policy

In the event you wish to return your item please contact us at info@rtrboutique.com and we will assist you. Please write Return on the subject line. You must return your item within 7 days of delivery. Sorry we cannot accept returns after that. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, scent free, unworn or unused, with its original tags.

Bodysuits, jewelry, accessories and sale items are final sale items and cannot be return or exchanged. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Once the item has been received at our facility, please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed. Refund may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your bank account. You will receive a confirmation email once we have processed the return. 

At this time we do not offer return shipping labels. Customers must cover the cost of return shipping. Please indicate tracking number of your return so we can follow your return.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will ship the new item. If the items is no longer available we will issue a refund. Exchange must be done within 7 days of delivery.

Sale items

Sale items are Final Sale, they cannot be returned or exchange.
